A Click of a Shutter and a Stitch in Time...

Ok..after seeing Alton Brown's Feasting on Asphalt marathon the other weekend..im now craving good fried chicken like he had and proclaimed it to be the best he had ever had.

I want to make some like that but i am a real dunce when it comes to knowing a good recipe. I want it crispy like he had (if you have seen the episode youll know which i mean)

Send me recipe suggestions..im on a mission and wanting fried chicken...
